PRODUCT INFORMATION AND FITMENT
Kramer Automotive sells wheels and tires. Listing details, photographs, descriptions, sizes, finishes, and fitment
information are provided to help customers evaluate products before purchase. We make reasonable efforts to keep
listings accurate, but mistakes can occur.
Vehicle fitment is the customer's responsibility. Before purchasing, verify wheel diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset,
hub bore, tire size, load rating, brake clearance, and compatibility with the specific vehicle. Kramer Automotive is not
responsible for fitment problems caused by incorrect selections, inaccurate vehicle information, vehicle modifications,
aftermarket components, suspension changes, or upgraded brakes.
INSTALLATION
All wheels and tires should be inspected before mounting and installed by a qualified professional. Kramer Automotive
is not responsible for damage, vibration, air leaks, improper mounting or balancing, incorrect torque, alignment
concerns, or other installation-related problems caused by a third party.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Kramer Automotive is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected to the
purchase, installation, use, or misuse of wheels or tires, including vehicle damage, labor or installation charges,
towing, rental vehicle expenses, lost time, or lost income.
USED PRODUCTS AND WARRANTIES
Unless a listing or written agreement states otherwise, merchandise is sold as described. Used or pre-owned wheels
and tires may show ordinary signs of prior use unless the listing says otherwise. Any available manufacturer warranty
is provided and administered by the manufacturer.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order or receiving an automated confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Kramer Automotive may
refuse or cancel an order because of inventory availability, a pricing or listing error, payment concerns, suspected
fraud, or another legitimate business reason.
POLICY CHANGES
Kramer Automotive may revise these policies when necessary. The version in effect when an order is placed will
govern that purchase.
